Rates
Vendor/exhibitor space is sold in four foot by six foot increments, with tables supplied if desired. The first space is $100, with each space thereafter costing $50 each.
A 50% deposit, received by February 15th, is required.
Vending Hours
The exhibition/vending area is open to vendors, exhibitors and staff for set up on Friday the 3rd from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The vending area will close at 5:00 PM on Sunday the 5th. Convention go-fers will be available to assist load-in and -out depending on availability and needs at that time.
Hours of business for vending and exhibiting are as follows:
Friday the 3rd: 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Saturday the 4th: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Sunday the 5th: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
