As a courtesy to our exhibitors and vendors, we offer to include a graphic with your description in the convention book. Please email a print-ready (300+ DPI) JPEG or PNG file, sized at no more than 2 inches by 2 inches, as an attachment to northeastwars@gmail.com with the subject line \"Convention Book Graphic\" and text explaining for whom it is, if not immediately obvious from the graphic itself.

All graphics must be received by March 1st to be included in the convention book.
